Refund & Return Policy

Because all Piecery products are made-to-order and produced individually for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect size, design, or product chosen by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Any situation where the item has no defect
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Gift cards

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) showing the problem

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.


Exchanges

Because our products are produced on-demand, we cannot offer exchanges unless the original item is defective.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.


EU Customers

EU customers may have a 14-day right to cancel under consumer law. However, because Piecery products begin production shortly after the order is placed (typically within a few hours), cancellation may no longer be possible once production has started.
