Packaging & Shipping

What does the packaging look like?

Your puzzle is delivered inside a brown A4-sized kraft envelope. Inside the envelope, you’ll find a simple white cardboard box with the artwork label on the front. This minimalist box protects the puzzle during delivery, but it is not a premium display box.

How are the puzzle pieces packaged?

The pieces are sealed in a clear protective plastic bag to keep them clean and contained during shipping. Please note that this bag is designed for shipping protection and is not ideal for long-term storage. For extended use, we recommend transferring the pieces to a resealable pouch or small container.

Is this packaging suitable for gifting?

Yes — the white box is clean, minimal, and many customers use it for gifting. However, since it is minimalist rather than premium, adding your own wrapping or placing it in a decorative gift bag can enhance the presentation.


Puzzle Use & Display

Can the finished puzzle be displayed as wall art?

Absolutely. With its high-quality chipboard and vibrant print, the completed puzzle looks beautiful when framed. For display, we recommend using puzzle glue, a mounting board, or a standard frame.

How long does it take to complete a 110-piece puzzle?

Completion time varies by individual. Many people finish within 30–60 minutes, but it may take longer depending on experience — some customers take around an hour or more, and that’s perfectly normal.


Support & Replacements

What should I do if pieces are missing?

While rare, manufacturing issues can occur. If you believe your puzzle is missing pieces, please contact us within 48 hours and we will gladly provide a replacement.
